Janine and I have been serving up some nasty stuff, but the results have been worth it.
I was debating a bonus wod today, but since there is a holiday coming up, I thought better of it. If you want the bonus wod, you will have several choices tomorrow.
Hopefully the rain will stay away, and we can hit this outside today.
