5 deadlifts – 250# (165#)

10 burpees

Hands must remain on the bar while all 5 reps are controlled back to the deck.  If you drop the bar, the rep doesn't count… so don't drop it on your fifth rep, or on any rep for that matter!  5 minutes of fun will put you on your back!

    Sena and I got hammered on our first travel WOD in Montreal, ad oddly enough it was a whole lot of fun.
