Couldn’t make it to the shed tonight. I worked later than planned and I had a commitment for 7:30PM. I’ll do this one on make-up day. Got my burpees in though. Actually did 20 extra just for kicks.

Sena you are a great inspiration to all!!Pat i really liked the workout yesterday and now I do wnat to know what weight I ahd. I think I should probably start keepign track of my progress. I am certainly feeling stronger even if it is in baby increments.
