RedShed Rest Day

RSCF pics 807

Did plenty of CrossFit main site WODs this week.  Again, progress is evident!  I would like to welcome the new athletes to the shed.  We are happy to see our family of athletes is growing.

Take some time today and visit the CrossFit Games site.  Be witness to the most amazing athletes on earth.  We are a part of something special, shedheads.  The games is proof of that!

When we have our internal competition next month, which types of events would you hope to see come out of the hopper?  Fill me in!

Enjoy your rest day, do your burpees… and we will get back after it tomorrow in the shed.

  1. the mens version is absurd, just heavier weights as you can imagine…
they had women DNF in both the seventh and final wod’s because of hspu’s and muscle up’s respectively… a shame really, maybe not the greatest programming considering, maybe phenomenal programming depending how you look at it.
in the spirit of the games i just completed saturdays wod but i ran it 400m straight up hill, literally 50m at best flat. So it was 2 uphills and 2 downhill… it was brutal and took me 19:51, but was worth every second!
    time for todays burpees…

  9. Don’t want to see the letters FGB for awhile.
5 rounds?! That would be a true challenge.
Yeah Randy – glad you will be running!
Will Melanie be part of the cheering section?
