Murph was one of the first “Tough” wods I did at the shed. That one left me beaten pretty badly. It will be interesting to see how I do the next time around…Not sure I am ready for more pullups yet. My hands are still in pretty rough shape.

so i went to my beloved acupunturist (sp? yikes) today and we talked about the paleo challenge going on at the shed. she gave me some “noodles” to take home called “Miracle Noodle” after I told her that I would have a hard time giving up pasta and asian noodles. These noodles apparently are made from roots of vegetables or from root vegetables? i don’t remember…but she orders them online. No gluten, no grains, no flour, no soy, nana…just veggie. I’ll report back and let you know if they’re edible…LOL
