RedShed Rest Day
This week we got back on the bar twice, and there was very little carnage! We were witness to major improvements in form and intensity. And we had the privilege of a visit from Mr. Miller (orange shirt)! It was great to have a CrossFit Certification Staff member in the shed.

5 Rounds for time – 100 Rope Jumps 50 Squats
Charlie: 15:58
Cheryl: 15:39
Christine – 4 rounds untimed: 50 walking lunges 30 step ups
Fool around bonus:
Charlie 100 Burpees and 50 box jumps
Diet Pepsi just set up some rings so we’ll work that in tomorrow.
J9 – Thanks for those workouts on the roads you sent. They are coming in very handy.
Tomorrow I’m going to work on some double-unders. Tried some today and it didn’t workout very well.

J9 – hope ur feel’n better…finally did a 4 miler after weeks of procrastination….ok..felt every step but a day later after effects minimal….guess it was more mental 4 me than physical.
