    The theory still holds true. Have pizza the night before and get a PR in training strength movements.
    I’ve only tested it out with pizza at night, followed by an early AM training session…but it has not failed yet.
    I don’t know, however, if the magic will carry over into much later in the day for HELEN at CF Hamilton.

    2 I made colleen pizza on grill and it took all my will power not to eat it. I did indulge with two huge filet mignon and a whole squash and artichoke.

It was definetly a diffrent type of feeling cheering my wife and friends on knowing they had already given so much and everyone was finding a way to give more and keep going.     I was surprised at how my body felt (not used to WODs without 28lbs. belly attached to my body). I had forgotten what it was like to be just me! LOL
    However, I was so thrilled to find that I hadn’t lost that much strength. Tonight, I wasn’t as strong as before, but I was much stronger than I thought I would be!
    Crossfit helped me during my pregnancy and now I see that it helps post-pregnancy too.
    I am glad to be back and can’t wait to keep improving week to week!
