If you can tell me what the heck CARRAGEENAN & D-ALPHA-TOCOPHEROL is – then I would give you the green light on the almond milk.
True paleo EXCLUDES dairy, however, there are some people that do paleo but still include dairy.
Also, I heard that there are more FB pics out there from the Ego Challenge. Steal them and forward them on for the non-FB-ers.
    Thanks!

  15. ***Important Announcement***
How well do you know the Shed, the blog and your fellow ShedHeads?
When (not IF) you are in the Shed tomorrow, I encourage you to take a look around at your surroundings, become familiar with the Shed inside and out (and with VERY random things)…as we will have some rest day fun for the 2 days when the Shed is closed.
    And I do mean random.
That is all I can say.
    Rock on!
