At PDX weightlifting, I clenaed and jerked 87#, the most I’d ever done, where the jerk was the limiting factor. Today I clenaed 110# technically, a 23# PR! where the limiting factor was the front squat. I need to do more front squats.11 rounds + 3 on the Metcon, with a 25# KB. I should have used 30#, since I never put the KB down (thus I did 0 burpees), but I erred on the lighter side since this was my first WOD with KB snatches.Regarding posting WODs earlier: it seems like Rachel (and me, too) want to see the technique videos before executing the WOD, but it’s not critical that we know what the actual WOD is beforehand. So Dave, you could post the WOD at 10pm as usual, but perhaps post relevant technique videos the day before. So what if we know we’ll be doing goblet squats a day early, we still won’t know what the WOD is until the night before. If someone is cherry-picking, they’re responsible for the outcome. If they can squat like the dickens but can’t run away from a toddler, then that’s their own fault.

Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.

At PDX weightlifting, I clenaed and jerked 87#, the most I’d ever done, where the jerk was the limiting factor. Today I clenaed 110# technically, a 23# PR! where the limiting factor was the front squat. I need to do more front squats.11 rounds + 3 on the Metcon, with a 25# KB. I should have used 30#, since I never put the KB down (thus I did 0 burpees), but I erred on the lighter side since this was my first WOD with KB snatches.Regarding posting WODs earlier: it seems like Rachel (and me, too) want to see the technique videos before executing the WOD, but it’s not critical that we know what the actual WOD is beforehand. So Dave, you could post the WOD at 10pm as usual, but perhaps post relevant technique videos the day before. So what if we know we’ll be doing goblet squats a day early, we still won’t know what the WOD is until the night before. If someone is cherry-picking, they’re responsible for the outcome. If they can squat like the dickens but can’t run away from a toddler, then that’s their own fault.
