    So what cue/hint helped everyone most in “getting” the kipping pullup?
    Even tho Pat & J9 both told me just what to do and how… it was a long time; I still need work (remembering to open my hips at the end, more strength, and pushoff at the top esp. when I tire).
    For the kip I read somewhere, just hang; then, push only your chin forward thru your shoulders and back again. Then use your chin and bellybutton. That’s how I finally understood the diff between swing & kip. I watched a lot of the vids too.

    Nice effort by those that tested their limits by the weights of the bar – rx will soon feel easier or is not too far away!

  26. svw – I am goingto try and hit GNC this morning to get part #’s. I need to get a good diet going for the next 3 months or so and see how it effects performance…..now that the phantom knee seems to be 100%…plus i can’t let the W boys get too far ahead of me!
