I feel the same once I got over the transition; I seem to have energy.
Its kind of a wacky diet, I AM hungry and I eat a lot of meals (5-6?), and I eat at least 2 oz. of nuts a day plus flax oil…
Am I stronger/faster in the gym? I don’t know. If so, I would attribute that to:
1) Pat & Janine
2) 4 months of experience
3) decent nutrition (my diet was very good b4 paleo) & recovery
We’ll see what happens now, less sleep/recovery (hockey started)!!
You guys are monsters. 50 burpees yesterday (I need my rest!) 100 burpees Sunday. I’ll pbly do 100 every other day.
