Scott started in March/April right when we were transitioning from the shed to the "new" shed. He came to us as a clean slate without a lot of experience in the gym. He is the perfect example of one who has become one with his inner athlete. Recently, Scott has put himself solidly in the rx'd column by tackling his weaknesses, like double unders, hspu… and he has a strong kip! His birthday is actually next week, but vacation will have him out of the gym. Hope you have a great birthday, Scott! You are a valuable member of the ShedHead Crew!
We don't get many chances to catch Scott in this position, so we had to get it on film!
