What is your take on it?

 

I will avoid blogging from my paleo soapbox, because I am probably the biggest paleo cheater out there!  But I am also a huge paleo advocate because I have experienced the benefits first hand.

 

just curious to know what you think?  are the choices you are making getting you where you want to go?

    Janice’s parents ate paleo and did crossfit with us while they were visiting this past week.
    Her mother called her when she got home to Phoenix yesterday and was complaining that she was feeling congested after eating a hotdog on the plane. I think we’ve converted her to paleo and I wouldn’t be surprised if they sought out a crossfit in Tempe, AZ.

  33. a simple salad dressing that I like to use is one part balsamic vinegar, two parts olive oil, with some oregeno and/or basil, salt and pepper.
    I don’t think that vinegar is entirely paleo, since it is made from grain… but it is better than the pre-made stuff.

  57. I was talking with family about paleo today after reading the blog. They asked me if I notice a difference since I have been eating Paleo (95%). I thought to myself and I had to say no, I have not felt the life changing affects that some talk about. However after going off the diet for last two days due to convenience I immediately remembered how I used to feel after eating certain things. It made me relize that eating paleo has definitely given me more energy. Or perhaps a more accurate way to say it is that eating paleo has prevented me from having a lack of energy. It’s not that I am charged up when I stay on the diet it’s that I never feel like crap. Could be the cold rainy day, but I have been dragging all day and I think it’s probably from the potatoes, dairy, and buttered popcorn I have eaten in the last two days. I didn’t relize it was happening because the change was gradual when you start the diet but when you go off of it and your body gets bombarded with foods it’s not used to or does not want the affects are noticeable.

  64. I was talking with family about paleo today after reading the blog. They asked me if I notice a difference since I have been eating Paleo (95%). I thought to myself and I had to say no, I have not felt the life changing affects that some talk about. However after going off the diet for last two days due to convenience I immediately remembered how I used to feel after eating certain things. It made me relize that eating paleo has definitely given me more energy. Or perhaps a more accurate way to say it is that eating paleo has prevented me from having a lack of energy. It’s not that I am charged up when I stay on the diet it’s that I never feel like crap. Could be the cold rainy day, but I have been dragging all day and I think it’s probably from the potatoes, dairy, and buttered popcorn I have eaten in the last two days. HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
