Have you ever twisted your ankle, or tweaked your back? It ends up affecting your daily routine where you wish you could just get back to normal. Well, some of our soldiers come home legless or worse. It takes more than a couple weeks of rest for them to get their lives back to normal. Our efforts to raise funds will make a difference in their lives.
I know that you know someone who has been affected by cancer. Enough said.
FGB is a great workout, but for an even greater cause! Get geared up! We will do our best to make the day fun, it is up to you to make a difference.
