Many times in a week, I will be questioned about diet… specifically mine, or what is best regarding our training. So I decided to take this week and photograph some of my meals to "put myself out there" (so to speak!), and ecourage others to do the same. Below is my typical lunch and dinner. A grilled Australian Reserve Beef Tenderloin, with veggies. The meat is from the grill. Veggies: eggplant, broccoli, green peppers and mushrooms, cooked over medium-low heat with coconut oil and a touch of turmeric. And of course, eaten over a lovely tic-tac-toe place-mat! This is what I eat just about everyday, changing the veggies choices here and there.
