I didn’t do the Open WOD, but I took some time to work on my Clean and Jerk anyway. I used a dark bar, beucase I didn’t want to take the 45 lbers away from the people doing the wod. I thought I got my max up to 159, but then I actually weighed the bar, and it was only 152. We should do something about this bar situation. Maybe some color-coded electrical tape just inside the collars to mark the different weights.
