I like both of the wods today. I wonder if my knees could handle both? No football practice today but I’m sure Cheryl is looking forward to a little extra help around dinner time in that case. We’ll see!
I’ll tell you what else cross fit isn’t. It isn’t for the Sick, Lame, and Lazy…It doesn’t matter if you have the slowest time or the lowest score, what matters is that you brought your guts and toughed it out to the finish, that you tried to keep proper form, and that you encouraged your fellow cross-fitters!

@dp coconut milk creamer? i thought regular plain coconut milk was creamy by itself? i really liked the native forest brand and also the whole foods 360 brand…they seemed to be the more flavorful & creamier ones
