PARTNER WOD (teams of 2)
As many reps/rounds as possible in 20:00 of:
farmer's walk, 1 lap around building - two 24kg kb's (two 16kg kb's)
200 wall balls
400m sandbag carry
200 pull-ups
100 double unders
200 overhead squat – 95# (65#)

Rules:
1)Teams of 2 athletes, both athletes moving at the same time
2)Each team must accumulate 200 reps of each movement before moving on to
the next movement
3)On 3,2,1, go… athlete 1 starts the farmer's walk, athlete 2 starts wall
balls.  Upon athlete 1's return, they switch.
4)If you reach rep 200 while your partner is on the farmer's walk, sandbag
carry or double unders, you can immediately start accumulating reps of the
next movement.

Example: Janine gets the 200th wall ball while Kevin is on the farmer's
walk.  Janine starts the pull-ups.  When Kevin returns, Janine goes on the
400m sandbag carry and Kevin does pull-ups.

 

Individual WOD

50 wall balls
50 pull-ups
50 ohs – 95# (65#)

Every time you break up wall balls, you must carry a 45# (15#) plate 1 lap around the building.

Everytime you break up your pull-ups, you must perform a 200m sandbag carry.

Every time you break up your ohs, you must perform 50 double unders (200 singles)

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
