110522 Rest Day

July 2008, we became RedShed Elite Fitness, LLC

November 2008, we were accepted into the CrossFit Affiliate Family and became RedShed CrossFit

May 2009, we moved out of the garage and into the Netcong box….

 

Two years in Netcong, and going on three years in business.  We have seen many athletes come and go, and come back again!  We have witnessed transformations that would spin the head of any doctor or physician.  We saw athletes battle through injuries, illnesses and mental boundaries.  We have witnessed women training through pregnancies, we have seen your kids learn to walk and talk (and do burpees… hand release, of course!).  We have evolved into a family of CrossFitters!

This past Thursday, when I hit up the site to see what Janine had posted for Ally's birthday… I was moved by the amount of birthday wishes posted by all of the ShedHeads.  Now I am ok with my masculinity, so I am not embarrassed to tell you that it brought a tear to my eye (yeah, I cried a little!).  It was a nice reminder of how cool this is, and how enormous a small community can be.

Now at this moment, we have many ShedHeads who have never trained in our garage, or within the "white walls" of the Netcong shed.  We welcome you to our family, and this is a great time to enter into the CrossFit Community!  Our family is stronger, smarter and friendlier than ever! 

So whether you are a savvy RedShed Veteran, or new to the shed… take a few moments to hit up the archives, check out the photos and read the comments.  Witness the evolution of you, me and all the ShedHeads, present and past!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
