Hey Michael,They are 1RM yes. We will NOT be repping out 450 deads proalbby nothing near that. That is simply a benchmark that an athlete should have to compete at this level. However if you do not meet the requirement for only one then its basically up to you to decide. If you dont meet them more any then obviously a lower division is a better idea.
