That said, I’ve made good progress. I’ve learned that I actually need to slow way down and relax. I’m routinely doing five in a row.
Despite the fact that it is so hard to stay purely Paleo here, Adriana has put on no extra weight and I’m only weighing in at two pounds above when I left. And we can only attribute that to the metabolic needs of all the muscle the RedShed put on us before we left.
