When I go, I feel better. It’s that simple.
People ask why we CrossFit – and I could give all sorts of high-faluting, multisyllabic, compound phrase answers and none of it comes down to the real heart, the real truth of the matter: when I CrossFit, I feel better. Hell, after I CrossFit I feel GREAT.

Why do YOU CrossFit?
On Friday August 26th, we will have training hours from 3pm-7pm for Brendan's Farewell WOD. The last WOD cut-off will be at 7pm, and after that, all of the RedShed Trainers will hit the final WOD of the day alongside Brendan!
On that Friday, we would like to post a separate page of "thank you" & "farewell" messages to Brendan. Please email your messages to redshedcrossfit@gmail.com by the end of the day on Wednesday, and we will compile a nice link for B!
In addition, please use the blog today to let us know if and what you will be bringing on Friday.
