Worked up to 185# for 2 reps, then a single for push press.I get nrueovs every time there’s 5 rounds to a wod. Burpees were the toughest and DUs were the rest 105# for push press in 10:05 R to the x plus. Rest day tomorrow is much needed! (thanks Doug)
