On September 17th, we will be participating in an in-house competition with CrossFit West Essex. There will be individual and team WODs… starting at 9:00am… WODs will be announced day of the competition, and there will be a BBQ afterwards. Hi Terry, Thanks for 8 weeks of great WOD’S. Really enjoyed patitcrpiing. Sadly will not be able to participate in the open qualifiers as I have ruptured my Achilles tendon. Hopefully ,in around 8 weeks I will be able to pick up the reins and get back on the horse! Best wishes to everyone taking part in the qualifiers.
