Just a note for all the shedheads. At CFWE we started doing CF Endurance at least twice a week. I did my first 5k in a year and set a PR by a minute! The two others who ran with me had similar results.

Paleo Jambalaya, modified… We would’ve been Rx’d, but didn’t have filé powder and we used chicken andouille. The pork andouille was hopped up on stuff we couldn’t pronounce.
Spicy enough. Tasted great. But still can’t help but compare it to non-paleo jambalaya. I’m not gonna lie. I would’ve loved some dirty rice, instead of cauliflower, but it was good. The wife did it all and did a great job with it. I recommend.
