Just got done making the fish stick-o-licious from the paleo comfort foods book and they were really good. Jack ate them as an after school snack/ before hockey meal and he loved them too. Were super easy and fast!!!! I used walnuts and almonds for the nuts…I think it called for pecans but I usually don’t have any of those
