squat clean thrusters
95/65, 115/75, 135/95

100 double unders (400 singles)
50 abmat sit-ups

Your score=most pounds moved via squat clean thrusters… if you do not complete the final 100/50 prior to or at the 15:00 CAP, your score is a DNF (total reps will be counted)

    As many of you all, I am without power in Mount Arlington. Fortunately Fairfield has power!! I know it is a bit of a commute for most of you, but if anyone wants to make the trip down for a wod you are more than welcome. Our afternoon hours start at 3:30 and run until the last class at 7:30. We can accommodate anyone willing to make the trip.

    Total of 34 needed for the 2 washers, 9 so far for the dryers and probably more needed.
    Will drive by shed in a bit for power update.
