I think everyone needs to be clear on the buepre pull-up standards. They are not a butpee jumping pull-up. I don’t care what CrossFit Games athlete you saw doing that on a YouTube video, but the standards are buepre, jump, hang from bar with full extension of arms, and then do your pull-up. Make sense? I promise buepre jumping pull-ups will not count as a rep in the 8:30 and 11:30 classes.Love ya, mean it!

Evil programming. Absolutely cruel. Worked up to 355 2 on the deatdifls which felt good. Did the metcon Rx (185lbs, bodyweight ~175) in 10:50. Was surprised what a gasser it was although considering who made it, I shouldn’t be surprised.Congrats to Wes on finally making it back after a month-long hiatus spent studying Econ. Good to have him back

Justin left out the fact that he chsaed down some 17 year old kid on the back stretch and won the 400m with a 52 something time. You should bug him to see the video. It was pretty impressive how much ground he made up in the last 100m.Everyone should plan to go on Aug 4th and bring the kids. Its a blast!

1RM was 200#’s. New PR. Feeling good on the back sqatus and OHS. Front sqatus are actually the toughest due to issues with my wrists. Need to work on that flexibility. Cleans are giving me some trouble too when the weight gets heavy.5 rounds and 15 sqatus for the WOD.4:47 on the 50 burpees
