Day 5 of the paleo/burpee challenge
WOD 111205
AMRAP in 20:00 of:
5 inchworm push-ups
10 ring pull-ups
15 front squats – 75
(inchworm push-ups: stand in pike position with hands on top of your feet, walk your hands out to plank position, perform a push-up, walk your hands back to your feet. Both hands must touch your feet for rep to be complete)
((ring pull-ups: set up rings a few inches below the pull-up bars and use the rings for pull-ups. Since there is no bar to determine proper range of motion is reached, strive to pull the rings down to your shoulders each rep, and always achieve full extension at the bottom))
