  1. Does anyone know a good OB/GYN in the area? its for Amanda. Her doctor left their group and she’s not crazy about the midwives, has never met the other doctor. (I dunno my OB was in a group of 5 and I was told to ‘stop having the baby’ b/c my dr was in surgery & noone was avail! She was a good dr., could’ve been a crossfitter w/that sprint from the OR to deliver me in the nick of time – funny as hell).

    the goal is to accumulate 1000 burpees in 30 days, and do at least a minimum of 35 each day.
    every burpee you do counts toward your total, that means wod burpees, burpee box jumps, warm-up burpees and penalty burpees.
    for those who are more competitive than others, try to do the most burpees as you can in 30 days!!! (try to beat Steve if you can!!!)

    So, if you happen to be on the competitive end of the spectrum and you are accumulating a lot more than 35 burpees/day, you CANNOT use those extra burpees toward your penalty burpees.
    However, you can pre-burpee for DAY-OF penalties.
    For example, I know I’m going to have a cookie after dinner, so I can do my 5 penalty burpees prior to eating that cookie. All pre-burpees must be DAY-OF, you cannot pre-burpee for what you think you will eat tomorrow!
    Hopefully that was a clear explanation!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
