Christine started training with us last spring. She is one of four family members (Kierans/Lakes) who train at the shed regularly. We have witnessed Christine emerge from the "60 minutes on the elliptical" to hammering out the WOD on a weekly basis. Here's to you Christine; a special CrossFit Benchmark WOD, just for you.
