  1. Max effort pull-ups: 20+
    #21 was not quite over the bar, so I am not counting it.
    As for the WOD, holy freaking forearms!!! After a few rounds it was hard to just hold the barbell and grip the pull-up bar! Poke-slow on this one. My hands are not yet healed up from the pull-ups on Friday.
    Rock on! Great start to this holiday week.
    BF-the pressure for 30 is ON!

  21. Starting second week of training coming off injury, and over a month of no training (with the exception of pull-ups).
    Just want to go on record and state openly that this stuff is hard, and it is even harder to scale back when my mind wants to go rx’d.
    I am sore as hell, I got no pop in my legs, and my pull-ups are suffering a bit…
    but I am happier than I have been in a long time, because I can train. Fitness heals the mind and energizes the spirit.
    BF- focus on the good, brother. There are many men your age who cannot do ONE pull-up.
    Elena and Kat- your names were in the left column today, NICE WORK LADIES.
    Deb and Ro- your strength and effort are inspiring.
    Beard, MattVW, Ken, Estey and DP (and of course J9)- sub 20 rx’d. That deserves a round of applause!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
