Below you will find our Annual “12 Rounds of CrossFitmas” WOD!
This year, we took out the Med Ball Cleans, and replaced them with Toes to Bar. If you cannot perform T2B rx’d, you will be doing Med Ball Cleans for the 10th movment, otherwise it’s T2B for you!! Also, this year we will be capping the WOD at 35:00, and to make the day go smoothly, we are asking that you sign-up for a time slot.
Signing up for a time slot will occur at the shed (not online), and it will be first come first served, 4 athletes per slot.

In the first round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…1 overhead squat (ohs)
In the second round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…2 power snactch, 1 ohs
In the third round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…3 sumo deadlift high pulls (sdhp), 2 power snatch, 1 ohs
In the fourth round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…4 push press (pp), 3 sdhp, 2 power snatch, 1 ohs
In the fifth round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…5 squat cleans, 4 pp, 3 sdhp, 2 power snatch, 1 ohs
In the sixth round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…6 kettlebell swings (kbs), 5 squat cleans, 4 pp, 3 sdhp, 2 power snatch, 1 ohs
In the seventh round of CrossFitmas, my coaches gave to me…7 burpees, 6 kbs, 5 squat cleans, 4 pp, 3 sdhp, 2 power snatch, 1 ohs
