  25. pat….the other day when you told me “your becoming a real crossfitter”, i just laughed it off….me a crossfitter? there are so many other people at the redshed that have been at this for way longer than me…..i laughed because i never considered myself one…i am just trying as hard as i can to just get to the point where every wod i do is rx…..crossfitter i am not yet…..but driving home, your positive words got in my head on repeat…..i then started thinking….i have really been giving all i got on the wods and i have really improved since i first set foot in the shed….even though i am not at the level of marc, rich, mccoy, randy, joe g, doug, matt, and almost all the other shedheads, i have made great strides for myself…….and that is the real meaning of being a crossfitter….giving it everything i got and pushing my body where it has never reached before….all while giving support and encouragement to everyone that enters the shed….hopefully one day soon you will see my name always on the rx and maybe even the sk’s…..until then, i’m striving to take my body over it’s limits and find the land of amazing 🙂 it’s funny how so few words can really inspire someone on there journey…..thanks pat!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
