I so agree. I remember when I was new to our gym. We had a palclturariy difficult workout and Nathan met Mr. Pukie then turned right around and cheered me through 2 rounds of wall balls, box jumps and ran 2 400 s with me. I will never forget the encouragement that I get on a daily basis at Wasatch. It helps keep me going.

We had a palclturariy difficult workout and Nathan met Mr. Pukie then turned right around and cheered me through 2 rounds of wall balls, box jumps and ran 2 400 s with me. I will never forget the encouragement that I get on a daily basis at Wasatch. It helps keep me going.
