This one was fun. Funny thing was the OHS got easier round 4 and 5. I think fatigue set in and I got the weight in the sweet spot and stopped fighting with it the whole time like I was doing in first 3 rounds. And yes my entire upper body is sore. Its funny how the kids know when I’m sore and want to crawl on me and dig their elbows into me.
This one was fun. Funny thing was the OHS got easier round 4 and 5.
