Hey, watching Mr. Holmberg do 12.4, I’m wondering if employing a wall ball strategy would be beneficial??
Seemed like his 86 unbroken wall balls had an adverse effect (or is it affect?) on the rest of the WOD.

I agree the 86 in a row effected him. But 150 is going to effect you no matter what. Just try to do in 30’s maybe. I want to have enough time for at least a couple mu’s. Tried the 90 du’s last night post cfe and it took me about 2 minutes with lots of trip-ups on the rope.
