    Back when we were in the garage, we came up with a WOD called “Pookie”. I think it was a 20:00 AMRAP of 5 heavy kb swings, 10 push presses @ 95#, and 15 calorie row.
    The infamous Stache split his pants on the swings about 3/4 the way through the WOD.
    We took a picture of it, and renamed the WOD “Ripped Pants”.
    I gotta find that pick and post it for y’all!
    Classic stuff man,… I love it!!
