RedShed Rest Day

Great week!  You guys and gals ROCK!

Rest Day Topic:  Personal Pursuit of Fitness

Many of you came to us a bit skeptical, or even fearful of how we pursue fitness.  Then… you experienced a bit of the magic, i.e. "you drank the kool-aid"!  We have grown as a community, together, in the pursuit of fitness, friendship and wellness.  For me, as a trainer, it is tremendously gratifying to be referred to as your "coach", and develop relationships with each of you along your journey.  Even more gratifying, is witnessing the ongoing personal pursuit.  ShedHeads representing "the shed", by visiting other CF Affiliates while traveling on business or vacation.  ShedHeads taking the initiative, and representing "the shed" in races all over NJ, as well as, out of state.  We like to say that in the shed is where the magic happens, but sometimes you need to make your own magic.

How do you do it?

Below are some photos of ShedHeads on their journey!

  1. Love to see the RedShed represented elsewhere.
Must also not forget SvW and Sena’s trip up to Montreal last year…

As well as McCoy making his visits to CF Lewes (and taking his kb with him on the road).
After Matt and Dale’s trip to CA, the RedShed shirt hangs at Jason Khalipa’s gym.
It is also great to see ShedHeads taking their WODs on the road or at their own gyms – when they are away from the Shed.
Beard has mapped out his own local 5K course, which he runs (and faster almost each time) regularly.
Wearing your Shed gear is one of the best ways to advertise – so wear it proudly.
You guys are doing great things in AND outside the Shed – keep it up!
