10:00 is not a lot of time to do the partner carry and front squat 100 reps. Take into consideration the weight of the barbell, transition time, and holding a bumper plate over your head. These will all tie into time off the front squat. I would be very surprised to see many teams get deep into their box jumps. But who knows, I could be dead wrong!
So, with that said, practicing the fireman’s carry for the more difficult partner carry is a good idea.
