I’d like to do Thursday’s more often but with all the hustle and bustle throughout the week, Rob and I like to focus Thursdays on the boys and spend more time with them. I believe strength and CFE is important but over time, I am getting stronger just by doing the daily WOD’s. And my boys are worth it 🙂
