A note from C.E.:

It is clearly obvious that the sport of fitness is growing by leaps and bounds, and in the shed it is no different.  We have several inquiries each week, many of which decide to begin training with us right away!  With this welcomed growth, it has become increasingly difficult for our coaches to accommodate everyone and school up our newbies as we have done in the past.  Therefore we have decided to implement Basic Training for all new athletes starting in August.  If you just recently began training with us, and would like to participate in August's Basic Training Session, please let a coach know and we will explain the details to you.  The details of BT can be found in our "About RedShed" sidebar link.  Please make note that Basic Training sessions may influence Thursday and Saturday training hours, so please be courteous to our new athletes and be aware of the Hours of Operation across the board.

Regarding programming moving forward…

Shedkickers will be reduced to one WOD per week… 1 for men and 1 for women.  These WODs are programmed with specific stimulus in mind, and are not to be scaled in either direction.  Doing so, or insisting to do so against the direction of the coaching staff is a red flag… an asterisk next to your time is not a badge of honor… it means you don't get it, or I need to do a better job of programming.  Please don't be that guy, and please don't put your coaches in that position.

Strength volume and endurance will be formatted into your WODs weekly.  Thursdays will be Olympic Lifting Practice, where Coach Colin and Coach Doug will hook you up (and your grip!). 

Summer is coming to a close, and I feel like we have had an extremely productive one!  I have seen many of you accomplish a ton, and I am very proud of everyone!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
