as many double unders as possible in 10:00… + t2b!
criteria:
->if you can rx double unders (that means you can get at least 30 reps unbroken), perform 10 t2b every time you trip up or take a break.
->if you cannot do 30 unbroken double unders, perform 5 t2b for every 20 successful double unders.
