  1. An eight day trip to Greece disrupted our workout regimen. We’re trying to do pull-ups and burpees regularly. Next week we start a two week DU camp in the park near our apartment. But being away from the Shed *SUCKS*!!! The only saving grace is that we’re staying paleo and even losing weight.

    we did a lot of box jumps and burpees yesterday, so you might be feeling a little tightness or soreness in those calves. Be sure to foam roll and or smash them out so you can still get that pop you need for those power cleans today.
