My son said yesterday someone in NWR high school has one! I shouldve gotten him a hoodie.
(I ruined Crossfit for him, I think itd be perfect for an old ice hockey goalie. I guess not many 17yos want to do their old mom’s workout, haha!!!)

work took me away for a couple days. This one was a good way to get back into it. In a big way. really need to increase the weight on the push press. Not that it wasn’t heavy, just feel I’m being to conservative as a beginner. Think I could do definitely more. the leg part no problem.

Ugh, I hate missing the shed. My facsimilie WOD was 3 rounds 30 stair jumps 30 push ups for time without a stop watch or encouragement about 9 minutes. My shoulders are sore as hell!
Just for kicks,! because I need to practice for the real box jumps, I did outside stair jumps weighted with heavy snow boots. I could still do them just not as many.
