i did fran for the first time during the cert, and i have to say she is probably one of my favorites…i also remember liking the filthy fifty, but its been a while so maybe my brain is fuzzy…
worst (meaning I would get anxiety if I saw it written on the board as a wod for the day) would probably be fight gone bad…ah

Least favorite for me was the 10-20-30 of sqaut cleans, pushups, and pullups. It took a lot of mental fortitude to keep picking up that bar for the last 30 reps. I still have nightmares.
Though it was early on in my shed days, I still think fondly of “The Bear.” Maybe I’d think differently if I had more weight on the bar!

Just experimenting to see what will hold together the best and not be so sticky on the fingers. I think the coconut dried it up just enough. This was definitely my best batch so far.
