  1. There are plenty of ladies at the shed. If there are any of you on the fence about participating in a competition, I’d like to encourage you to do it! I participate in a few every year just for fun. I’m not a serious competitor but while I’m there, I give it all I’ve got. The vibe you get from the crossfit community is amazing. You have people cheering you on that you don’t even know and that’s a feeling that I can’t describe. The adrenaline you get from the competition helps you do amazing things that you didn’t know was possible. I’ve had so many PR’s at these competitions. I’ve never walked away disappointed, only with great memories.

    it is a “just for fun” competition. Greg and I are each designing two WODs to test our athletes, and promote a team building atmosphere. This will be very similar to Rock the WOD, in that all athletes will be required to judge WODs and have fun!
    There really is nothing on the line (so to speak!). Teams should be 2 men, 2 women… but if you end up with 4 athletes in any way, that’s cool too!!
    This should be pretty fun, and the t-shirts look pretty cool too!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
