Paleo question- While I have managed to get rid of the milk/sugar in my morning coffee, I haven’t been able to eliminate the daily bowl of cereal. Would switching to oatmeal be any better/worse/indifferent? I realize there are better options, but I’m taking small steps!

Brian, I don’t do the eggs and veggies thing either. I don’t have time in the morning and I have two little boys hanging all over me while I try to get us all ready for the day. I pre-make a paleo shake which only takes a couple of minutes. Store it in a pitcher in the fridge and then just pour every morning. My mix lasts about 3-4 days 🙂
