  1. Does everyone realize that this is not really a choice – by default you will be doing more burpees and double-unders because they will be posted within the WODs – more often than not? Serves as a good opportunity to get better at both.
    What do you think about one ascending and one descending?
    Maybe SvW will get a chance to do Burping Nicole…

    Pokey has been doing the Paleo Challenge for a few months now and does a RedShed WOD from time to time.
    He also was the one that discovered the homemade larabar recipe…and most of you know how that has changed many of the ShedHead’s snacking and baking habits…
    I sure hope this soreness goes away in time for thrusters and burpees tomorrow!
    It can’t be just Lisa(+1) and I that are sore…

  6. yeah I’m soar, my leg is asking for a day off. its a shame because usually it does what I ask without any complaints. Lately my right calf has been complaining up a storm!
    You know that your over the hill when your mind makes a promise your body can’t fill!
    anyway I hope giving it a day off helps. I’d rather shed than not shed.
    yesterday’s work out was tough but fun. J9 and Deb rocked it ( all those pics of J9, I’m breathing hard in the background). I finished and thats good enough for me.

  16. I’m “sore” where I have a 4-inch bruise on my inner thigh. I’m pretty sure it was due to my graceful (ha!) dismount off Mt. RedShed after the second set of HSPUs.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
