Does everyone realize that this is not really a choice – by default you will be doing more burpees and double-unders because they will be posted within the WODs – more often than not? Serves as a good opportunity to get better at both.
What do you think about one ascending and one descending?
Maybe SvW will get a chance to do Burping Nicole…

He also was the one that discovered the homemade larabar recipe…and most of you know how that has changed many of the ShedHead’s snacking and baking habits…
I sure hope this soreness goes away in time for thrusters and burpees tomorrow!
It can’t be just Lisa(+1) and I that are sore…

yeah I’m soar, my leg is asking for a day off. its a shame because usually it does what I ask without any complaints. Lately my right calf has been complaining up a storm!
