Nice squatting, ladies! geez Maria & Ro!! Nice. I wish I would’ve gotten to watch you guys! I think I need lessons – my legs don’t hurt when I do these, like – not in the least. Cindy airsquats make them hurt more. Maybe my hams are a little sore next day, but otherwise, nothing…I just get stuck in the hole and thats it! Yet I remember being 25 and answering the phone (back then, they were CONNECTED to the wall!) with 200 lbs. on my back. Go figure!
